Meet the Team
We are two best friends who met during graduate school. After completing our MSc in Biomedical Communications and collaborating on many projects together, we officially joined forces and founded anatomii studio.

Founder, Creative Director
Nati is a visual storyteller with 5+ years of experience leading production of healthcare educational content.
She graduated from Brown University with a ScB in Marine Biology and from VanArts with a 2D Animation Diploma. After working in biology research, and then in TV animation, she combined her love of science and art by completing a MSc in Biomedical Communications at UofT.
Since then, she has animated as a freelancer for clients such as SickKids Hospital and Vancouver Aquarium, and honed her leadership skills as a project manager at AXS studio.
She is also the 2022 Chairwoman of the Health Equity Emissary Team, a diverse health advocacy think tank, within Diverse Health Hub.

Head Illustrator
Patricia is a medical illustrator and graphic comic artist. She is a co-author of Looking at Trauma: A Tool Kit for Clinicians.
After graduating with a BS in Kinesiology from McMaster University, she completed a MSc in Biomedical Communications from UofT. Since then, she has worked as a UI/UX designer at GoInvo, a healthcare design firm and as a medical illustrator for medical education youtube channel Osmosis.
She likes to create beautiful and fun visuals to explain scientific concepts that can be confusing or difficult to understand.
